Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Thank you for supporting the very first release from Reckless Love Collective. 

Please read the following preorder terms before purchasing:

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is a purchase made for an item that is not yet in stock or available for immediate shipment. Each piece is made to order following the close of our preorder window.

Payment

Full payment is collected at the time of purchase. By placing a pre-order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount.

Preorder Window

Preorder window will be available for 7-10 days or until our first 100 orders are reached, whichever comes first. 

Estimated Fulfillment Timeline

Once the preorder window closes, please allow 2-4 weeks for production and fulfillment before orders ship. 

While we always aim to fulfil orders sooner, timelines are estimates and may shift slightly due to production schedules or supplier delays. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on the way. 

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your pre-order, please contact us at hello@recklesslovecollective.com as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate changes within 24 hours of purchase, but we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once production planning has begun.

Shipping

Pre-orders will be shipped using the method selected at checkout.

Please note that shipping timelines begin once your order has been fulfilled, not from the date your preorder is placed. For additional information, please review our Shipping Policy.

Delays

If an unexpected delay occurs, we are committed to transparency and will notify you via email with updates regarding your order timeline. 

In the event of a significant delay, customers will have the option to request order support or discuss available next steps with our team.
